I am 26 years old, and have NEVER known a time when it was considered ok to be conservative without snide comments being made. In the 2000s it was a bit more understandable. Republicans capitalized on war on terror rhetoric, made people of Muslim faith feel isolated, and even announced public gatherings to burn the Quran. Then in that same era they were in their dying vestiges of trying to ban gay marriage, homophobia was rampant, and it was still socially and morally taboo to be gay as the stereotypes were out in force and they were being pushed to hurt people not just by those on the right but on the left as well. I grew up in the 2000s and saw the right/republican/conservative way of life falter and finally and resoundingly give way to a more liberal and progressive society and mindset. Progress is good, to evolve is what is needed for any species to thrive and be successful. So, here is where I who have watched and studied people for the better part of my 26 years step in to say that this woman is full of more shit than a sewer system. For the better part of 10 years, which can be tracked back to the changes in social trends it became not just hip, but encouraged to demonize anyone right of Obama. For nearly a decade, and even prior it was accepted that you say, imply, and justify that any republican is evil based on the boogeyman and straw man that was the conservative agenda of yesteryear. An agenda mind you, that was toppled and replaced by left leaning sentiments in those mid 2000s with the rise of the internet. So, as we do as humans we evolve, we share ideas, we enter a new generation, but this woman represents a cancerous and down right awful sect of left wing idealism that has taken over Democratic Party and those who lean left. She represents a group that is so embittered and so scared of ever losing the ability to control narratives that don’t agree with dogma that she and others like her feel morally justified in suppressing and destroying thoughts before they can ever stray from the path they are trying to set and demonize those who espouse contradictory ideas that are not their own. For my entire life, every peace of pop culture has had some form of bend to favor Democratic Party ideals and not democratic ideals, why? Because they cannot stand the thought of people being won back over to a right leaning political and societal norm. A kid who grew up during and pre Trump presidency just shot him. A kid who grew up being fed, pop culture, celebrities, comic books, and other media all saying anything republican is bad and probably even saw the videos of Democrat celebrities all but directly saying “go out and kill him”. And Trump rhetoric is the evil one? Yes he represents and proudly so represents those who cannot accept nor stand a changing world, but Escobar represents and stands for a world and movement who will lie, steal, call for violence against, burn, attack, and abuse people that so much as think outside of their own world view. The numbers, statistics, and literal bodies of people who would be alive today if it weren’t for the crimes of illegal immigrants do not lie. She is the liar for trying to skirt the ownership of the direct consequences for what her diseased party has done. If Kennedy was alive today, he’d think Trump was a democrat and that democrats were insane
